Design and installation of mechanical and plumbing systems for an Internet connected café on Campus.

Design and installation of a dedicated computer room system for a research laboratory dedicated to the study of glaciers and ice flows in the world.

Study and implementation of a cross connection backflow prevention program for all state funded buildings on campus. Protection of the main water supply system was done with a containment approach. Individual protection for users was also done throughout. Approximately $1,500,000 construction cost.

Design and installation of DDC controls in six research laboratory properties.
