Fleming Law School, HVAC Analysis and Air-Handling Retrofit

Conversion of numerous multi-zone units to a single built-up variable air volume, dual duct system, direct digital controls. The numerous multi-zone units were replaced with a single dual-duct variable air volume system. The chilled water plant was consolidated into a single loop with parallel chilled water production and primary/secondary pumping which allows for scheduled maintenance and chilled water production backup capabilities. Overall, the retrofit will also save significant energy dollars to help offset the capitol cost of making the improvements.
