The Dushanbe Tea House was a 2000 square foot gift from Dushanbe, Tajikistan (formerly of the Soviet Union). The tea house is an intricately hand-carved and hand-painted structure that is in its own right a piece of artwork. Once an appropriate location for this magnificent structure was secured, it was reassembled on the site. Additional design of the facility included a full service kitchen, restrooms, and basement. Complete plumbing and fire protection. The cooling system consists of indirect / direct evaporative cooling.
