Mechanical/electrical design of destination golf resort clubhouse. Includes restaurant, bar, locker rooms, sporting goods store, swimming pools, and Jacuzzi. It was designed to be used as a Nordic Ski Center during the winter months. Innovative mechanical design utilizing mountain stream ponds for chilled water, heat recovery on swimming pool cooling system.
