This historic structure is one of the oldest buildings in Provo. Formerly, it was an elegant hotel that catered to the founders of the Salt Lake valley. Much of the history of the area is contained within its walls. A study was performed to determine what was required to renovate the hotel and upgrade it to modern standards of heating and cooling. Once funding is completed, the owners plan to bring it back to its former splendor.
